Washington Place, LLC is a board and lodge facility. We currently have 57 residents. As a Cleaner you'll be responsible for cleaning main areas and bathrooms. Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-Noon. More hours available.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and coworkers
-Keeping bathrooms clean and tidy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
