Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Fashion Color Analyst to join our team. As a Fashion Color Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on color theory and its application within the fashion industry. Your primary objective will be to assist clients in selecting colors that enhance their appearance, reflect their personal style, and align with current fashion trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough color analysis consultations with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and individual characteristics.

2. Utilize color theory principles to assess clients' skin tone, hair color, eye color, and overall complexion.

3. Provide personalized recommendations on clothing, accessories, makeup, and hair color based on the client's unique color profile.

4. Stay updated on current fashion trends, color forecasts, and seasonal color palettes.

5. Continuously research and experiment with new color analysis techniques and tools to enhance service offerings.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. High School Graduate

2. Proven experience in customer service.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse clientele.

4. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for color nuances and subtleties.

5. Creative flair and a passion for staying abreast of fashion trends and developments.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Certification or training in image consulting, color analysis, or personal styling is a plus.

10. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client appointments and events.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
