Cleaner/Crew Member

Main Responsibilities of a Cleaner/Janitor:

• Keep properties in a 5 Star clean standard
• Perform all light to heavy-duty cleaning
• Perform regular linen and towel replacements
• Perform laundry in units if needed
• Engage in stocking and communication of issues when needed

Cleaner/Crew Member Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented Cleaner/Crew Member to feel a vital spot on our team. We are hoping to find a reliable and skilled person who understands the importance that the role Cleaner/Crew Member plays in a rental property.

The person we would like to give this opportunity to should have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and poses both a proactive and reactive mindset. We like to keep our environment tidy and very well-organized, we expect from our future Cleaner/Crew Member to take complete responsibility for helping us achieve this.

Responsibilities of a Cleaner/Crew Member:

• Cleaning property floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
• Gathering and emptying indoor trash
• Clean, service and resupply amenities
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Engaging in property security and safety activities (checking and locking doors and windows, checking electrical appliance)
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture if needed
• Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
• Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Crew Member duties
• Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Crew Member duties

Cleaner/Crew Member Job Requirements:

• Must know and follow sanitation procedures
• Must be able to respond and act responsibly with good judgement
• Must have strong communication and multitasking skills
• Must have knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
• Must be detailed oriented

Pay: $20 - $30 / hour
