Clean Room Dunnage Technician

Job Summary: The Clean Room Dunnage Technician will efficiently sort, handle and prepare dunnage for distribution on a daily basis. Complies with all company safety rules and regulations. This position requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, efficiency, safe equipment operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Operate a forklift/pallet jack in a safe and appropriate manner in a warehouse environment.

· Assist with offloading and loading of tractor trailers.

· Clean and refurbish pallets, top frames, and slip sheets.

· Assure appropriate paperwork is completed.

· Willing to work Overtime with little or same day notice.

· Must be able to reach, push, pull, bend, walk and stand repeatedly.

· Any other duties assigned by site leadership.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

· Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping.

· Work with and promote a teamwork environment.

· Work with limited supervision

· Ensure accuracy of work and adherence to production and safety standards

· Must be willing to fill in on off shift and overtime when required.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma

· Previous forklift driving experience required.

Physical Requirements:

· Lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
