Job Description:

Do you want to collaborate with customers to make inclusive data driven business decisions so that they can continuously improve to provide value to their customers? The Clarity PPM Functional Resident is expected to play a critical role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of implementing Clarity PPM for our large enterprise clients.

Essential Functions:

• Consulting Acumen. It is essential that consultants have experience managing multiple customers to help them achieve outcomes, and that they have the emotional intelligence that makes a good consultant, along with self-awareness around that intelligence such that a resident can teach it to others. Persuasive arguments and engagement-level leadership skills are a must.
• Leadership. Leverage strategic thinking and the ability to understand the market, our customers and our environment to help us focus on the right work and to approach everything from the customer's perspective. Residents are the activators who drive us to dive in with an eye toward getting to real value quickly.
• Trusted Advisor. You are viewed - and sought out - as a source of valued advice and support by clients and coworkers. Simply put, they trust their resident and value your advice.
• Facilitation Skills. Whether we are teaching a class, guiding analysis design, or supporting critical conversations, Residents take a strong facilitation approach to everything they do. It is essential Residents are a strong and experienced facilitator.
• Training Acumen. We develop some of our own training material in close partnership with leading experts in the agile community. Consultants will value and use an interactive and facilitative teaching approach.
• Creative Problem Solving. Consultants see a problem as an opportunity to grow and are motivated to find solutions, thereby focusing on growth and achieving positive results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12+ years of experience in Clarity technology consulting
• 12+ years of experience implementing Clarity PPM On Prem and New UX
• 12+ years of experience with Clarity PPM implementation consulting
• Clear, professional communication skills able to contribute to team discussions, knowing when to contribute, when to listen, and when to ask questions
• Understanding of and experience with different SDLC models such as Agile/Scrum methodology and a more traditional model
• Experience in defining new CA PPM enterprise solutions from a business and functional perspective
• Proven experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
• Ability to work independently and deliver on functional modules
• Knowledge/experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
• Prior experience building requirements, functional design documents, file specifications, data flow diagrams
• Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, applies both innovation and logic to tackle complex problems
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
