SalaryTranSubro, Inc. is seeking applicants for a Claims Specialist position with a claims settlement and data entry focus.
This position involves identifying viable claims by establishing liability, processing new claims, and settling those claims with third party insurance companies.
TranSubro is a subrogation and claims processing firm with a focus on auto accident claims, such as diminished value and total losses. We help our clients get reimbursed for the damages they sustain when their vehicles are in accidents. We're looking for bright and detail-oriented candidates who want to work and progress in an energetic and positive environment.

Successful candidates will:
Identify additional collection opportunities in client files
Upload claim file to database
Study and determine liability
Read and interpret accident reports from across the country
Investigate/find missing documents
Create legal demand letters
Contact and maintain relationships with clients and insurance representatives
Answer phone calls from clients and insurance companies
Adhere to a diary of assigned claims and settle them in an allotted amount of time
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
1 year auto claims handling experience necessary
We are seeking applicants with skills in:
Advanced written communication
Verbal communication and negotiation
Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
