Claims Administrator

Position summary: National leader in maintenance management headquartered in Buckeystown has an immediate opening for a full time Claims Administrator. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to initiating highway accident claims.

Required Experience:

• Excellent general computer skills
• Able to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work
• Detail-oriented, problem-solver and independent working skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation

Responsibilities:

• Initial phone-calls to insurance companies to obtain claim information and initiate claim
• Following up with insurance companies regarding claim information
• Preparation of claim file for invoicing
• Monitor Third Party Claims mailbox

Qualifications:

• Preferred candidate will be customer service and detail oriented, self-motivated and an independent worker
• Attention to detail
• Position requires excellent organization, problem-solving and communication skills
• Tenacity and patience required
