Job Description
Class A drivers with 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last two years run dedicated regional – home weekly. Drivers will run five days and be off for two days back to back (drivers are generally home 48 hours but at times could be 34 hour reset). Drivers are NOT GUARANTEED weekends – home time is based on seniority, available schedule and needs of customer. Drivers will run the following states - AL, GA, KY, MD, NC, SC, TV, VA, WVStarting pay is $.78-$.80CPM with raise every six months to max of $.82CPMDrivers are paid $40/Stop and $100/Trailer unloadDrivers annual average pay is $87-$95K and drivers paid $5K sign on bonus that is paid out over 10 months with the first payment of $500 paid out at 30 daysWeekly average is $1650-$1750/WKDrivers take truck home with them during off time and must have secure locations to park truck – either at the house or secure location. 100% assigned trucks no slip seating and drivers take the truck home with them during time offTrucks are newer model Freightliner and Internationals Drivers must live in NC, SC, VA or within 110 miles of ATL or 50 miles of Chattanooga, Kingsport or Knoxville TN. IMPORTANT: THIS IS 100% TOUCH FREIGHT ON DELIVERY. DRIVERS WILL TAKE BOXES OUT OF TRAILER AND PUT THEM ON CONVEYOR BELT. DRIVER DOES NOT TOUCH FREIGHT AFTER ON CONVEYOR BELT AS CUSTOMER EMPLOYEES TAKE PRODUCT AND PLACE ON SHELVES. BOXES ARE UP TO 50LBS BUT MOST ARE LIGHT WEIGHTFull benefits including medical, dental 401K, PTO and more start after 60 daysAfter training on account (which is $200/Day and will last 3-5 days) driver may have rider and pet. Requirements:Must have 6 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 24 monthsNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and three in the last 36 months with following exceptionNo more than 2 seat belt violations in last 24 monthsNo cell phone violation in last 2 yearsNo careless or reckless in last 12 months in a CMVNo more serious moving violation in the last 12 months in CMVNo DOT Preventable accidents in the last 12 months and no more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 12 months
