Position Description
- Receive all incoming documents and input the information into the J.I.M.S./JWEB systems.
- Assess fees, issue service when necessary, and provide accurate record searches according to the Texas Rules of Court.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Testing will be required.
- Must possess computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to work overtime with short notice.
- Must be able to maneuver, including lifting a minimum of thirty (30) pounds.
- Testing will be required. (Grammar 80%, Typing 35 words per minute with 80% accuracy)
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States.

- You will receive a test invitation and instructions via e-mail within 48 hours
- You will have no more than 5 calendar days to access and complete testing
- Your score will be automatically uploaded to your application
- The test may be taken once every 30 days
- Most recent test scores are retained for up to 6 months
- Regular Full-time
- Hours will be discussed during departmental interview
- $16.25 - $17.00 Hourly
- Depends on Qualifications
- Based on 26 pay periods
Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
