Bilingual Intake Clerk

Seeking help with the initial contact with new potential clients. This includes entering case information into our software system. You will work directly with the owner of the firm in making decisions. You will have several law firm case referral groups to work with, as well.

Within office, we take detailed notes and preserve vital information within our server and a software program, Needles. You will also work with various other software programs such as DocuSign. Swift action, attention to detail, and a desire to help others are highly valued at our firm. Being a team player and occasionally serving as back-up for our reception team is important to us as well.

Physical travel to visit Potential clients is not needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with referral sources, new potential clients, and the firm leadership, swiftly.
• Signing up new clients, and complete with all needed documentation.
• Maintain a positive attitude along with the rest of our team.
