Job Responsibilities:
• Read drawings and help put specs together.
• Filing and organizing drawings and project files.
• Complete condition assessments on facilities, paving, roofing, and lighting.
• Assist facilities construction managers with planning, budgeting, organizing, and tracking projects.
• Communicating within a team environment.
Job Qualifications:
• Would prefer the candidate be enrolled in a Civil Engineering/Construction Management Degree program at a university or college but will consider a Mechanical Engineering student.
• Must have experience in Auto CAD, Scheduling Software, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.D
