Job Summary
Under limited supervision, the incumbent is accountable to the Mayor and is responsible for the City's financial activities of cash investment and debt management; collection of taxes, accounts receivable and other revenues; payment of accounts payable and payroll in compliance with federal and state laws; management of employee benefits programs; coordination with the City Auditor, School Department Business Office and other City Offices; The incumbent also serves as Parking Clerk and as a member of the City Finance team, assisting with annual budget preparation and presentation.
