City Carrier Assistant (Cca)

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload mail and packages from delivery vehicles
- Sort and organize mail and packages for efficient delivery
- Drive delivery vehicles, such as box trucks, vans, or tractor-trailers, to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Use handheld devices or GPS systems to navigate and track deliveries
- Collect signatures and payments from recipients, if required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience as a mail carrier or in a similar delivery role is preferred
- Familiarity with driving various types of vehicles, such as box trucks, refrigerated trailers, vans, etc.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment, such as pallet jacks, is beneficial

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to sort and organize mail efficiently
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy packages
