This position is a remote position that may be required to report to Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ as required for business needs as determined by SHI management.

- Onboard customers to their Enterprise Agreement or other software subscription contracts
- Assign licensing contracts to customers and guide their navigation throughout the Cisco Smart Accounts portal
- Schedule and hold Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
- Update customers on consumption, track issues, position services, and track service engagements
- Take lead and execute on tracking customer`s true-forwards and consumption, Non EA subscriptions, control hub statistics and flex coverage
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of technical, business and/or sales experience
- 3+ years of experience with selling Cisco products, Smart Accounts or services with a proven track record
- Working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Cisco, including business model, architectures, and solutions.
- Excellent organizational and self-management skills
- Ability to articulate Cisco Smartnet renewal program
- Executive- level communication, consultation and presentation skills are essential
- Cisco Customer Success Manager Specialist Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire date
- Travel as needed based on business needs and determined by SHI management.
- The estimated pay range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act/ New York Human Rights Law. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
