About This Role:

• Supervises staff, including scheduling staff, creating goals, and writing evaluations, managing employees to maximize performance, approving timecards, and facilitating the staff discipline process.
• Provides excellent customer service at an integrated service desk.
• Manages the facility, opening and closing, and submits maintenance requests as the person in charge.
• Serves as a branch liaison participating in policy and procedure improvements and revisions and special committee assignments.
• May include managing/providing Passport Services.

• Supervisory experience to include scheduling, training, and personnel management.
• Experience providing excellent customer service to include policy interpretation, helping visitors, and writing incident reports as needed.
• 1-year experience with collection management.
• Experience managing volunteers.
• Experience managing a facility to include opening/closing a building and submitting maintenance requests as needed.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams/Webex/Zoom, MS Word, Outlook.
