Chubb Associate Program
We are seeking candidates pursuing a career in sales. Ideal candidates will have a passion for building relationships, mining new business opportunities, and engaging prospects through the funnel to become loyal customers. Do you have a desire to win? Experience has shown us that the ideal salesperson must acquire a technical underwriting background and be given the opportunity to train and perform the responsibilities of a Personal Risk Services Portfolio Underwriter. As such, we are making an investment to set you up for success. You will spend approximately one-two (1-2) years in Chicago, IL after which you will move to a role in Sales & Distribution where you will learn business development including managing a sales pipeline, prospecting for new accounts, selling our products and services, closing deals, managing agency financial results and developing referral sources.
Many of the Sales & Distribution roles will be located in a major city in one of the following markets: New York, Philadelphia, Boston, New Haven, Tampa, Dallas/Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles or Denver. Candidates must be willing to move into Sales & Distribution as well as relocate based upon training opportunities and job openings.

Qualifications
Successful professionals at Chubb come from many backgrounds and experiences and bring rich diversity to our company. They also have some things in common that lead to success at Chubb:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong GPA; 3.0 or higher required
  • Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or internships preferred
