As a Brand Ambassador and Sales Specialist for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram at Gregg Young Auto Group, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brands and creating memorable experiences for our customers. This position goes beyond traditional car sales, requiring a genuine passion for the vehicles we offer and the ability to share that enthusiasm with potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a knowledgeable and passionate ambassador for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles
• Provide personalized and consultative assistance to customers in their vehicle selection process
• Stay up-to-date on the features, benefits, and innovations of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram models
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the unique qualities of each vehicle
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Participate in training and events to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications:
• Genuine passion for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional buying experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license
Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
