Christian Non-Denominational Pastor

Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to a congregation
- Conduct Christian services, including sermons, prayers, and sacraments
- Offer pastoral care and support to individuals and families in times of need, such as bereavement or crisis situations
- Teach and educate the congregation on Biblical principles and beliefs
- Plan and organize events, such as weddings, baptisms, and funerals
- Collaborate with other church leaders and organizations to develop and implement programs and initiatives
- Serve as a mediator in conflict resolution within the congregation
- Communicate effectively with church members and affiliated organizations through various channels

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed and ordained Pastor
• Strong relationship management experience with proven track record of driving retention and growth.
• Excellence in equity, diversity, and access.
• Customer driven, results oriented, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to recruit for Christ
• Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills
• Experience using standard MS Office tools, social media, and Zoom.
• Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Ability to successfully plan and complete projects and fundraiser events
• Ability to travel
• Ability to make sound decisions
• Strong knowledge of Biblical teachings, theology, and scripture
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire others
• Proficient in crisis management and providing emotional support
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy, compassion, and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,852.73 per year
