Reports to: Director of Customer Care and Home Wellness
Status: Full-time / Nonexempt
Eligible for Hybrid Work Schedule: No
Pay: $15-$16 Hourly
*Receive $375 sign-on bonus after 30 days and additional $375 after 60 days of employment**
Job Summary:
The Chore Worker will complete heavy duty cleaning tasks in residential or commercial environments, always maintaining a positive safety culture.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Heavy cleaning including, but not limited to, washing walls/windows, scrubbing carpets, cleaning kitchen appliances, and trash removal.
- Organize assigned job area, including, but not limited to, moving/removing boxes, organizing belongings, cleaning out closets and cupboards.
- Ensure safety while using cleaning equipment, ladders, step stools, cleaning chemicals to complete job assignments. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Education and/or Work-Related Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalent required.
- Infection control training or competency as assigned.
- Familiarity with household cleaning equipment.
