As the Manager of our new upscale steakhouse, you will be at the forefront of our grand opening, leading a team of passionate professionals to create unforgettable dining experiences that will leave our guests craving more. This is your opportunity to make your mark on the culinary landscape of Wheeling and establish our steakhouse as the premier destination for luxury dining.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
GUEST EXPERIENCE:
- Set the stage for extraordinary dining experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and pampered from the moment they arrive.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and creating magical moments that leave a lasting impression.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in upscale dining establishments, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- A dynamic leader, teacher, and mentor with a passion for innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of culinary excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team and connect with guests on a personal level.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and achieving financial targets.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to ensure the success of our grand opening.
- Strong wine and spirits knowledge. Sommelier or similar qualifications preferred.

Four college or university program certificate; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
