Chiropractic Office Assitant

Busy Chiropractic Office in Newington, CT is seeking a friendly, energetic, warm and caring individual with an out-going personality and a passion for healthy living and reaching people with a message of hope and healing to join our growing team. Looking for a person with great customer service skills, exceptional attention to detail, clerical and computer abilities to help direct patients with their treatment and keeping their scheduled appointments.

Office experience a requirement.

Bi-lingual English/ Spanish a plus.

Duties include:

• Meet and greet existing and new patients
• Instruct patients on therapies
• Computerized scheduling
• Answer phones and intake of new patients
• New patient consultations
• Data entry/clerical organization
• Assist with marketing and event planning
• Verifying patient insurance benefits
• Patient follow up
• Keep office and workstation tidy
• Other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed: Great customer service skills, team player, positive attitude, service-oriented personality, caring with a desire to help people, outgoing attitude, health is a top priority, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and solve problems.

We will train, but must be comfortable with patient contact, have the ability to work on feet and multi-task well. Reliability and Accountability is a must to be part of our team!
