Chiropractic Front Desk/Insurance

Overview:
We are seeking an organized, dynamic and patient service-oriented individual to join our team at the Front Desk . You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in our clinic.

Duties:
- Greet patients with a friendly and energetic, but professional demeanor
- Register patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
- Utilize electronic medical record systems for documentation, scheduling and billing purposes
- Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in chiropractic or medical front desk and billing experience preferred
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work well with a team having a vision for serving our patients and expanding

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
