Chiropractic Assistant

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

-High School equivalent or higher

- Computer skills/ literacy

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

-Patient education and experience

-Patient pre-exam testing

-Financial preparation and presentation

- New and existing patient scheduling on phone and in person

-Manage patient files

-Nutritional supplement Product distribution

-Patient and clinic flow

-Collecting payments

-Assist patients with various therapies and services in clinic (must be comfortable with physical contact to patients when applying these therapies)
- Greet and check-in patients, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist the chiropractor during patient treatments, following their instructions and providing support as needed
- Educate patients on proper exercises and stretches to complement their chiropractic care
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
