Objective
We are seeking a creative Business Developer to explore new business opportunities and recruit financial professionals including insurance agents, Real Estate agents, IRS Enrolled Agents (EA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), financial advisors and financial planners to build partnerships and join TransGlobal's platform.
Responsibilities
- Promote the Company's all-in-one service of integrated business solutions to attract business owners and recruit financial professionals.
- Identify prospects through network relationships, outreach activities, marketing campaigns, and industry events.
- Approach financial professionals and business owners through direct prospecting efforts including cold calls, email contacts, and in-person visits.
- Serve as a point of contact in marketing events, set up booths, explain promotion materials, initiate contacts with prospects.
- Develop and execute effective branding strategy to expand TransGlobal's market presence.
- Build and maintain business relationships by actively attending to clients and aligning TransGlobal's solutions to address their business needs.
- Update the business development activities and prospects' information into the Company's CRM system.
- Attend periodic training seminars to maintain industry knowledge in Real Estate, lending, insurance, retirement, tax, and employer benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities.
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
- Ability to maintain professionalism with effective verbal and written communication.
- Outgoing, sociable, and people-oriented personality.
- Flexible to changes and adaptive to new environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills and client-servicing mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
- Licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred. New hires must obtain proper licensing within 3 months of probation.
- Local and out-of-state traveling is required to attend events and visit potential prospects.

- Starting base salary ranging from $4,000 to $5,000/month, based on experience and location, with potential increases post-probation.
