THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Massachusetts LCSW or LMHC Licence Required
- 2+ years of experience as a case manager preferred
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Join our dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting, hiring, and leading a dedicated staff. Your responsibilities include providing consistent supervision and evaluation, modeling expectations to reinforce our care philosophy, and ensuring adherence to regulations, program policies, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices. As a key figure, you will oversee treatment plans, serving as a licensed signatory for necessary student treatment documentation. Your involvement in policy/protocol development related to Family Involvement and attendance at Children's Team Management meetings and Child Safety meetings will contribute to the growth of our organization.
Your creative input for departmental growth and development is highly valued, and you'll provide in-service and orientation training on Family-focused care. Managing your own caseload, regular visits to residents, and overseeing communications to parents/agencies are essential aspects of the role. You'll play a crucial part in interdisciplinary team meetings, keeping stakeholders informed of residents' needs, and coordinating family events. Your involvement in the admissions process and facilitation of the transition process to Adult Services demonstrates your commitment to comprehensive care.
