Fairy Assistant Job Post
Position Summary
Our Fairy Assistant will be a confident session leader, responsible for helping children get ready then guiding them through a series of activities in our “Mystical Forest” setting, while our portrait artist captures natural and expressive images! Setting up well-lit images with expression will be a priority. Working with all types of children (ages 3-17) in a close partnership with the portrait artist, the Fairy Assistant will skillfully help to create once-in-a-lifetime portraits for their parents to purchase. Being successful means quickly providing 10-30 easily sellable images to the sales team, while giving each child a fun and engaging experience as well as clearly communicating with parents. Attending pre-session huddles with other team members will ensure these goals are being met.

Objectives—our Fairy Assistant will be:
- Creating an environment that allows parents celebrate their children, while building the value for our fine art portraits that capture a moment, preparing them to purchase.
- Assisting our photographer in creating 10-30 sellable images with different expressions and positions using various props and angles, leading children through a series of activities in our Mystical Forest
- Leading the team and the Fairytale experience that helps children see how special they are, and parents feel cared for on the day of their appointment
- Completes 100% of tasks on Fairy Assistant checklist
- Calling parents before the session to create excitement for the experience
