Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
- Support classroom activities and curriculum implementation.
- Foster positive relationships with children and parents.
- Maintain a safe environment and engage with children.

Qualifications:

- Passion for childcare and promoting children's development.
- Relevant experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Education and certifications as per state licensing standards.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Obtain a Live Scan for Fingerprinting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Love for working with young children (6 weeks - 5 years old).

Preferred: Experience working with children (training available).
