Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
- Ensure the well-being of each child by following health and safety guidelines
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Manage behavior and encourage positive interactions among children
- Supervise outdoor playtime and facilitate sports activities
- Assist with mealtime routines and ensure proper nutrition for children
Qualifications:
- Experience in childhood development, early childhood education, or related field
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain one
