Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers under your care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Maintain open communication with lead teachers regarding their student's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Ensure the well-being of each child by following health and safety guidelines.
- Manage classroom activities and routines effectively.
- Assist children with personal hygiene tasks as needed.
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues using positive reinforcement techniques.
Skills:
- Classroom Management: Ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment
- Early Childhood Education: Knowledge of child development principles and early learning strategies
- Caregiving: Experience in providing attentive and compassionate care to children
- First Aid: Certification in basic first aid procedures for handling emergencies
