Childcare Provider

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join us at Quality Child Care. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Responsibilities:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development

- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime

- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as diapering and potty training

- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary

- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and provide updates on their child's progress

- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, babysitting, or caregiving role preferred.

- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles

- First aid and CPR certification required (can help obtain certification)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

- Strong communication skills to interact positively and effective with children, parents, and colleagues

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide a nurturing environment for children

- Ability to work well in a Team-Oriented environment (Our School Family)
