- Create fun and interactive learning experiences for children.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
- Passion for and experience working with children
- Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans for Lead positions
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
- Assistant Teacher- $16.30-22.80
- Teacher- $17.10-24.00
- Lead Teacher- $18.45-$23.00
