C3's Childcare Team is a group of dependable, motivated individuals who love providing safe, engaging childcare to children whose parents are attending C3 groups and events. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, flexible and excited about spending time with young children. We are currently looking for people who are available mornings and evenings during the week as well as Sunday evenings, January through June 2024.
During a Typical Shift, You Will ...
- Set up and clean up the rooms you use.
- Greet children and parents, ensuring children are properly signed in and transferred into your care.
- Care for children's needs and engage them in activities/play.
- Release children back into the proper parent's care with all of their belongings.
- Inform your supervisor of any problems.
Applicant Requirements:
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ, passion for C3's mission and willingness to model Biblical priorities.
- Age 16 or older.
- High School Diploma completed or in-process.
- Reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a C3-initiated background check.
- A cheerful, positive attitude.
- At least 2 years' experience working with young children.
- Ability to learn and use digital technology for scheduling and time keeping.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with ease.
- Ability to stay on your feet for a 2-hour shift.
