Child Welfare (Msw)

Child Welfare (MSW) responsibilities include:

• Provide therapy services to clients (infants, children, adolescents, and adults) without the barrier of client travel to and from offices
• Work in a reflective and supportive environment with a close-knit team of professionals
• Attend to self-care and personal growth as part of your professional development
• Integrate an anti-racist, trauma informed practice lens while working with children and families affected by the foster care system in Illinois
• Experience a blend of flexibility in work hours, in-office and hybrid work options, as well as strong supervisory and team support
• Carry a manageable caseload, receive high quality supervision, participate in clinical trainings and team collaboration to ensure high quality service delivery

Requirements include:

• Masters degree in Social Work or related Human Services field, such as Counseling, Psychology, Marriage/Family Therapy, etc. from an accredited program.
• Able to work evenings based on client and program needs.

As this position requires site visits to locations which may or may not be accessible by public transportation, must be able to drive, have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle to travel in the Chicago metropolitan area.
