JOB DUTIES

· Represent Hancock County Child Support Enforcement Agency

· Supervise Child Support Staff

· Prepare and Independently Try Child/Spousal Support Cases

· Handle Appeals

· Hold Administrative Hearings

· Negotiate Out of Court Settlements when Necessary

· Provide Legal Advice to the Agency

· Review Agency Programs and Policies

· Conduct Research and Prepare Legal Documents

· Maintain Agency Civil Rights, LEP, and ADA Policies

· Stay Current on Changing Rules and Laws

· Establish Positive Rapport with the Court

WAGE

· Starting at $25.27/hour

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Admission to the Ohio Bar per Section 4705.01 of the ORC

· Knowledge and Experience in Family and Domestic Law Preferred
