We are currently seeking a Texas-based Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator for a CPA Branch In San Marcos/San Antonio TX
As the Child Plaicng Agency Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children who have experienced trauma or are in crisis situations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CPA, ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
- Recruit Families to place foster children
- train, and supervise a team , providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to coordinate services and resources for the children.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the children's care and progress.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of the children, ensuring their voices are heard and their best interests are prioritized.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Texas Child Placing Agnecy Administrator License.
- Experience in administration at a CPA
- Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and best practices in a CPA.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate.
- Hard working, Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children in crisis.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
