JOB GOAL:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to drive an 8,500-9,600 lbs Food Truck
- Ability to lead a small team effectively
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Available evenings and weekends for Food Truck events and catering requests.
- Ability to communicate with parents, staff and students on Child Nutrition program
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record
- Must obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Establishes and maintains good rapport with students, employees and community
- Knowledge of and adheres to all policies, regulations and rules
- Supervises, evaluates, trains and creates work schedules for staff
- Performs and/or supervision of daily activities fundamental to State and Federal guidelines, including; Operation of computerized meal tracking software; Completion of daily production record, Completion of daily revenue reports; Daily production and serving of breakfast/lunch entrées, and snack items for compliance with NSLP & NSBP guidelines; Operation of kitchen equipment necessary to food production; Coordination of daily cleaning activities; Following established procedure for no-money students; Verifies and monitors HACCP procedures, including temperature logs
- Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction
- Procures and orders all necessary food and non-food supply items for the Food Truck based on menu and catering needs.
- Exercises caution and knowledge of all local traffic laws and site specific parking requirements.
- Follows all county mobile food code requirements, including completing a daily log with all stops.
- Keeps the warehouse organized, clean and in compliance with Health Department and commodity regulations
- Keeps inventory records and takes inventory and values according to established district procedures
- Displays and demonstrates knowledge of HACCP food safety/sanitation guidelines
- Operates standard kitchen equipment, including but not limited to convection ovens, microwave oven, steam table and hot holding carts
- Works well under little supervision
- Assists with the daily cleaning of kitchen and all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and to ensure sanitary conditions are met
- Assists with stocking and replenishing of supplies
- Provides leadership support to Food Truck support staff
- Performs all duties in a safe and prudent manner as directed
- Performs other duties as assigned
