Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to create and implement educational and developmental activities for children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with understanding and compassion
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is preferred
