Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and clean-up
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training as needed
- Monitor children's health and well-being, including administering medication if necessary
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
Skills:
- Experience working in a daycare or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate activities for each age group
- Ability to create a structured and stimulating classroom environment
- Familiarity with nannying responsibilities, including providing one-on-one care for children
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Understanding of special education needs and strategies for inclusion
- Experience working with students of different ages and abilities
- Ability to provide attentive care for youths, including meeting their physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Strong management skills to ensure a safe and productive learning environment

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
