SalaryThe Receptionist reports directly to the Director. Individual serving in the capacity of Receptionist must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and have some general bookkeeping knowledge, and be comfortable working with and around children. He/She should have good verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Child Care Management software (Procare, Brightwheel, etc.) a plus, but not required.
The responsibilities for this position includes, but may not be limited to the following:
- Provides administrative support to the Executive Director and Director as directed.
- Maintain all General files and records.
- Order supplies and equipment as directed.
- Answer incoming calls regarding students and new enrollment.
- Process new student enrollment forms.
- Process in-coming and out-going mail.
- Make bank deposits as directed.
- Keep receptionist/front office areas neat at all times.
- Help to maintain facility compliance at all times.
