Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY
Catalight evolved from a single company member of a 100-year-old non-profit network to a health tech company focused on the home and community-based (HCB) market, with revenues in excess of $320M and partnerships with industry leaders such as Kaiser Permanente and Salesforce. Catalight's purpose is to create a more equitable world for people with developmental disabilities so they can choose their path. We are a social enterprise that applies commercial strategies to maximize improvements in financial, social, and environmental wellbeing for our communities. We do this by breaking down barriers and biases, providing access to innovative individualized care services, clinical research, and advocacy - all powered by intelligent technologies - and by living our values. We are bold, community centered, equity informed, and wellbeing driven.
Catalight is committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization that works proactively to address complex societal problems such as healthcare access and greater well-being for underrepresented communities. We are working to build and scale service delivery networks, across the country and globally, to facilitate equitable access to services regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, geography, or socioeconomic status. We are focused on being a catalyst for the innovation and legislative changes needed to make this happen.
