Come join our Efficiency Solutions Division as our new Chief of Staff !
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Efficiency solutions team organization, strategy, and execution of day-to-day operating activities by directly partnering with the Efficiency business unit President as well as coordinating with functional leaders and staff within the business unit itself to promote accountability and collaboration. You will also be working cross-functionally with Mantis executive leadership, division leaders and staff to achieve key performance targets, a successful candidate will be collaborative, organized, and a creative problem solver.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Promote Mantis margin and revenue goals by driving improved process efficiency within the Efficiency division
- Act as liaison to bridge communication and accountability between the intra-divisional departments and stakeholders
- Support leadership and team members with change management as the division scales
- Create and maintain operational and financial dashboards to provide more-real time insight into the business unit’s performance
- Act as a thought partner to business unit leadership in developing new projects and goals
- Continue to monitor the development of a sustainable, efficient, and effective project management process
- Proactively identify and align priorities and strategies of the business.
- Create and manage internal and external communications while maintaining transparency and effective messaging.
- Prepare agendas and presentations for key meetings with board and management team
- Manage the designated day-to-day business approvals and act as point of escalation to get President involved at appropriate times
- Drive key programs and improve overall project management processes
- Act as trusted advisor to division president and key point of contact for both the CEO and the board on Efficiency operations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, investors, cross divisional team members and functional managers, and board members
- Collaborate with members of cross functional management team to align objectives, priorities, and overall goals of the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members across all functions and departments within the organization
- Develop, maintain, and lead business review processes, reporting and metrics
- Track and push progress on high priority division initiatives, as well as special projects and programs
- Identify and communicate divisional risks and performance variances to key stakeholders
- Maintain birds eye view of business - Connecting dots across the company, improving communication and coordinating across functional areas
- Identify short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for continued development of the business
- Support the creation of training programs to facilitate career development opportunities for staff members
- Work with HR to support the on-boarding process for new division employees
