As our Chief Medical Officer, you will:
- Provide strategic medical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care through Guide Health's virtual and in-person services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, technologists, data experts, and product teams, to develop and implement innovative care pathways and clinical protocols that optimize patient outcomes.
- Serve as a medical authority and thought leader, representing Guide Health in industry forums, engaging with key stakeholders, and advocating for advancements in healthcare delivery models.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and mentorship of Guide Health's clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and patient-focused care.
We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree with an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
- Extensive clinical experience, preferably in primary care or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- Passion for leveraging technology to enhance healthcare accessibility, personalization, and patient engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing clinical teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align clinical initiatives with organizational goals and drive growth through innovative care models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and inspire teams.
