The Chief Marketing Officer is accountable to oversee the planning, development and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives to promote Credit Human and its products and services in chosen markets. The ideal candidate is a proven executive and marketing leader with a strong customer-centric mindset and a track record of implementing effective brand positioning, promoting product innovation, and defining performance metrics that link strategy to execution.
This role requires a high degree of collaboration and partnership with other senior leaders within the credit union to align marketing campaigns with the credit union's overall mission and strategy.
The role requires leading a team of sub-teams whose work encompasses the following areas: Member Intimacy and Advocacy; Brand Custodian and Evangelist; Traditional and Digital Marketing; Member Communications; Market Intelligence and Metrics; Business Development including Financial Health Events.

Experience:
Required
- 10 or more years of well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility with effectiveness in the following disciplines:
- Creating/executing marketing campaigns that deliver on desired objectives
- Establishing systems to create content and campaigns aligned with brand
- Executing business strategies
- Applying marketing techniques over various channels for customer engagement
- Understanding and expertise of market research and data analysis methods to understand customer behavior and needs
- Managing and developing others for greater responsibility
Preferred
- 10 or more years of increasing responsibility in financial services industry
- 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in credit union industry
Education:

- BA in marketing or related field
