OVERVIEW
The Pulpo Group is growing and looking for an ambitious hospitality professional to lead our teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences through impeccable service and genuine hospitality. The mission for this role is to maximize profitability through strategic management of the reservation platform, systems, and our hospitality team. All while cultivating memorable relationships with guests and repeat visits for each line of business.

You are a master in preparation, diligence, and organization. You utilize your passion for organization to ensure the team is successful before guests walk through the door. You take pride in our establishments and put forward energy to exceed expectations and delight every step along the way. Whether they are a first time visitor or a long tenured guest, there is no mistaking your passion for connection. Engagement with guests is genuine and intentional, with the goal of providing exceptional hospitality start to finish. You focus on staff training and education while working alongside the team, providing structure for systems and processes. You encourage the company culture and mission, providing hospitality in every action. You are a seasoned professional and motivated to provide a personalized experience for each and every guest.
