Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
About the Company and Opportunity of Chief Financial Officer:
- CFS is working with a successful manufacturing client to identify a Chief Financial Officer!
- The ideal candidate for the Chief Financial Officer enjoys investigative work and is willing to roll up their sleeves and help out.
- Be an active member of the leadership team and provide input on decisions affecting the long-term development of the organization.
Overview of the Chief Financial Officer role:
- Set the company's strategy and direction including budgets and all financial reporting
- Oversee and drive accounting and payroll departments
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Contract review and negotiation
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
- Prior experience as a Chief Financial Officer, experience in the healthcare industry will be highly valued
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
