Job Summary: The CFO will be responsible for the hands-on leadership of all financial activities of the group while also executing a critical leadership role in all company strategy and operating/business decisions. This role will work closely with the CEO in the strategic management and growth of the practice operations.
Key Responsibilities:Key member of the Group's Executive Leadership team, providing guidance and a clear business perspective in support of decision making.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the group's projects, growth and profitability.Oversee the group's financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.Manage the group's accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Requirements5+ Years of experience as a CFO/Controller in a healthcare organizationBachelors Degree in Finance or AccountingCPA is a mustExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership and team-building abilitiesAdditional Job Details
