- BS IN ACCOUNTING/FINANCE OR EQUIVALENT
- 4+ YEARS OF PROJECTS AND TEAM SUPERVISON EXPERIENCE
- PRIOR CFO EXPERIENCE AT A CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL ENVIRONMENT
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
This critical access hospital created this position to upgrade the existing skillset and match with the growth they are experiencing. Although this is a key leadership position, they expect this individual to be a team player. As a member of the executive team the incumbent will assist in influencing change. A will to mentor team members is highly desired.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE CFO?
- Financial Operations including Revenue Cycle full oversight.
- Maintain and manage vendors relationships.
- Safety and quality involvement.
