Job Title:Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Department: PASA Administration
Reports to: Board of Directors
Status: Exempt/Salaried
Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000
Effective immediately, Imagine! is opening a search for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer who can lead the free-standing PASA organization after the conclusion of the Case Management Redesign (“CMRD”) process.
Background Information
On July 1, 2024, the current structure of Imagine! will change, as the organization completes the separation of case management operations and direct services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). At that time, Imagine! will finish implementation of the conflict-free case management mandate of the State of Colorado, CMRD. Imagine! will continue to offer direct services to people with IDD as a standalone provider approved service agency (PASA) within a network of privately held and not-for-profit PASAs. Case management operations will combine with those of another agency to form a new entity, which will have its own executive and leadership structure. The case management agency (CMA) will brand with a new name for the future.
For more information on CMRD and its impact on Imagine!, please consult https://imaginecolorado.org/imagine-the-future.
At the time of implementation in July, this position will offer the opportunity both to support and influence the reshaping of a beloved community institution, and to build upon a 60-year legacy of creating a world of opportunity for all abilities.
Purpose of Position
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Imagine! will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the organization post-CMRD transition to achieve measurable outcomes defined by the Board.
