Chief Engineer - R&M

The NEW Cambria Hotel Denver River North is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Chief Engineer to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us* “*craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns”! Position Responsibiltiies:

• Assist in developing the team
• Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs
• Assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program
• Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld

Job Requirements

• 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
• Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
