- Develop and manage construction plans and specifications, including cost, time, and quality
- Develop accurate timelines and budgets for all projects
- Direct the work of architects, engineers, and other outside experts
- Meet with and support other senior managers, including senior management in operations and finance
- Develop procedures for construction, maintenance, and upgrade
- Review all project documentation
- Oversee construction contracts
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead all engineering activities related to ongoing design and creation of new products and components
- Maintain and update product CAD and BOM systems; manage vendors and subcontractors and work with project managers and other departments on technical issues
- Update operations manuals and procedures
- Conduct and document safety, quality, and environment inspections
- Maintain project timelines
- Hire, train, and manage all engineers
- Oversee capital equipment purchases and inventory
- Maintain quality systems and work according to ISO Quality Standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
